How IDS Works

Any registered user in your company contacts a CSS support person. Our consultant provides a secure site where they can work together. Over the Web, they can share an application, documents or even their desktop. Both have absolute control over what they share and how long they share it.

IDS provides online functional and technical support to:

Augment training
Troubleshoot problems
Complete difficult tasks
Answer questions

It is as if a Senior CSS Informatics consultant were available on demand, but of course, it is far more convenient, accessible and cost effective. Though effective in handling many OLS issues, IDS does not replace your company's existing overall Oracle support. All Oracle technical assistance requests (TARS) should still be submitted directly to Oracle.

IDS Logistics

Functional support is provided by senior CSS functional and technical consultants. Once an annual support contract is in place, any registered company user can call in for support services. Response times and hours of availability are based on the contract level.
